Put a support ticket in with the order number as a reference. 10 hours later, my site is still down due to bw quota being exceeded. Live support being disabled is rather annoying. This is a scam and I advise all web site holders to just pay for an additional couple of years with 2mhost rather than GIVE their money to the notorious scam artists.
