I recently got an bandwidth overage, so I purchased more bandwidth. Put a support ticket in with the order number as a reference. 10 hours later, my site is still down due to bw quota being exceeded. Live support being disabled is rather annoying. I only host at places with live support so I might just have to jump ship when my contact is up.

I just got a letter from "Domain Renewal Group" which is the same folks as above. This is a scam and I advise all web site holders to just pay for an additional couple of years with 2mhost rather than GIVE their money to the notorious scam artists. Best wishes and thank you for providing such a great service!!

My site just went down, so I was a little annoyed when I couldn't just zap right into a chat to get the problem resolved quickly, but response time on my high-priority help ticket was answered in just four minutes. I can live without the chat.

Vicky: see what google says in his "Webmaster Guidelines":
"Don't participate in link schemes designed to increase your site's ranking or PageRank"

I think this is clear enough :) .. if you buy links, sell links or exchange them then you are breaking google rules.

How to make your website appear in first page with keywords? this is long story, just search in Amazon for SEO books .. you will find a lot of useful books

I just curious. How do you know for sure if you are breaking any rules? And my website have never appear on the google search first page unless I type in the URL for my site. How do you get to make your site appear on first page with just keywords?

Thanks
